Order

No, once the payment has been validated, you cannot cancel or modify your order.

Don’t worry, if you change your mind you have 14 days to return the items from the date of receipt.

The customer service department is at your disposal via the contact form or by e-mail at
contact@gamin-tout-terrain.com indicating the unavailable product you are interested in.

Yes, once the payment is validated, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

Payment

Payment by credit card:
We accept credit and debit cards, such as CB, e-Carte bleu, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, and V PAY.

Payment in 3x or 4x with a fixed cost by credit card:
You can pay in x3 or x4 with costs by credit card with our partner Franfinance for any order from 150 € to 3000€ maximum purchase.

This payment method is only available for France.

Fixed costs are applied:

Payment in x3 with fixed costs of 1,50%.
Payment in x4 with a fixed costs of 2.20%.

Example 3x with charges: For a purchase of €150.00, first contribution of €52.25 then 2 monthly payments of €50.00. Credit over 2 months at a fixed APRC of 1.50%. Costs of financing €2.25.

Example 4x with charges: For a purchase of €200.00, first contribution of €54.40 then 3 monthly payments of €50.00. Loan over 3 months at a fixed APRC of 2.20%. Costs of financing €4.40.

Yes, the transaction is secure. Transactions are processed by the secure payment module of our partner SOGECOMMERCE.

The invoice will be sent to your email address after receipt of your order.

Delivery

Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France only.

The delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase of your order.

Delivery is not free for orders under 80€, except for delivery costs of 6,50€. For orders of 80€ or more, we offer free delivery.

Delivery will be made by the transporter Colissimo.

If you are absent on the day of the Colissimo delivery, your order will be dropped off at your local post office. You will have 15 days to collect your order with your delivery notice and an identity document.

Return and refund

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return request.
It is important to note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To make a return request, please contact our customer service department, via the contact form or

To facilitate your return request, please prepare the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for your return: return/retraction
  • If possible, your customer number

To be processed, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used,
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging,
  • The product and the original packaging must be in perfect condition in order to put the product back on sale without repackaging,
  • The product must reach us within 14 days from the date of receipt,
  • The products are inspected upon receipt.

Failure to comply with our return conditions will result in the refusal of the return.

You can return your product(s) in a standard package or by reusing the packaging in which your order was delivered.

Please indicate the order number on the Colissimo return form to facilitate processing.
The order number can be found on your invoice and starts with CP.

Your product is still under warranty and is defective, please contact our customer service by e-mail at contact@gamin-tout-terrain.com.

Please be sure to fill in the following information to facilitate your request:

  • Order number / invoice,
  • Your contact details (full delivery address + telephone number),
  • Reason: defective, broken or damaged product
  • Photos or videos showing the problem you have with your product,
  • Wish: refund or exchange,

Please note that for all defective product , no shipping fees will be payed by the customer.

After receipt and verification of the product(s), we will proceed the refund.
The transaction time depends on the processing of the banking institutions.
